Monet Bank may discontinue or make changes in the information, products, or Service(s) described herein at any time without prior notice to you and without any liability to you. Monet Bank reserves the right to terminate any or all Site offerings or transmissions without prior notice to the user. By offering this Site and information, products, or Service(s) via this Site, no distribution or solicitation is made by Monet Bank to any person to use this Site or such information, products, or Service(s) in jurisdictions where the provision of the Site and such information, products, or Service(s) is prohibited by law.
If you are an account owner, you may use the Site to access your account, transfer funds to and from your account, and perform other actions related to your account, provided you have created credentials and been authenticated. The Terms shall be subject to any other agreements you have entered into with Monet Bank.
Monet Bank shall not be deemed to have waived any of its rights or remedies unless such waiver is in writing and signed by the Bank. No delay or failure on the Bank s part to exercise any right or remedy shall be a waiver of that or any other right or remedy. A waiver on any particular occasion shall not be construed as a bar or waiver of any rights or remedies in the future.
The user s access to and use of this Site, and the Terms of this disclaimer are governed by all applicable federal laws and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles; and the user agrees that venue shall be located in Collin County, Texas.
